Welcome to our Shared Business Community Building Rent Units

Our 3 story community building at 255 Church St., St. Catharines has a variety of private rooms, shared rooms and salon stations for rent. Our building has 15 units total, some with private sinks, private washrooms, hair dressing sink, natural light or fire place.

The building used to be a bank in 1967 and has cool features such as vaults. We have some rooms for office, salon, some for spa, photography, training and much more.

The building is located downtown St. Catharines with the option of free street parking.

There is on site laundry for any work related fabrics such as spa sheets.

The features also include unlimited wifi and utilities.

We have 3 options available to rent from at the moment:

Private Upper Unit with Sink – $650 This unit is also available shared for $350 each

Private Upper Unit without Sink – $500 This unit is also available shared for $250 each

Beauty Station for Hairstylist, Barber, Makeup Artist – $250/ month

Makeup Course Options

The Basic Makeup Training Course consists of theory & 8 hours of practical learning at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. The course covers theory and makeup on self including contouring, lips, eyes and brows. There is not an online option for practical training. Students looking to complete this course do not need a model ready on the day of the workshop.

The Master Makeup Training Course consists of an a total of 18 hours of workshop which covers makeup application on others. It is available at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. Students must provide 3 models for this workshop. Unfortunately, this course is not available online.

Spray Tanning Course Options

The spray tanning course consists of a 6 hour workshop which covers contouring, theory, face and body spray tanning. It is available at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. This course is not available online.

We highly recommend attending training in person as most beauty skills require hands on practice. Risks of facials can be chemical burns, steam burns and skin damage. Work with our professional teachers and program director today at the National Association of Estheticians.

The Basic Body & Brazilian Training course consists of an additional 3 hour workshop which covers brazilian sugaring on women. It is available at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. Students must provide a model for this workshop. Unfortunately, this course is not available online.

The Master Sugaring Training course consists of all of the above plus an additional 2 hour training to cover brazilian sugaring on men. It is available at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. Students must provide a model for this workshop. Unfortunately, this course is not available online.

Body Waxing Course Options

The body waxing course consists of all a 5 hour workshop which covers facial waxing, underarm waxing, legs and limb waxing and brazilian on women waxing. It is available at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. This course is not available online.

The Grand Master Nail Technician Manicure Training course consists of all of the above plus additional 8 hour workshop which covers pedicures, spa manicures and design. It is available at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. Students must bring two models for practicing for this workshop.

The Eyelash Extension Classic Lash Training course consists of theory & 16 hours of practical learning at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. A student may be eligible to do a final practical test online if they are unavailable to attend the in person training on available dates.

The Volume Eyelash Extension Training course consists of an additional 5 hour workshop which is available at the St. Catharines/ Niagara location. Students may not be eligible for online practical test.

The Eyelash Lift and Tint Training course consists of theory & 5 hour workshop available at our St. Catharines/ Niagara location. This course is also available online for Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Toronto and Mississauga.

Proper lash training is important to ensure client safety. Lashes are extremely close to the mucous membrane and so there is a risk of infection. Clients also may be allergic to the lash glue which will cause allergic reaction. Know the risks first and work with the best!

The Master Brow Artist: Microblading, Brow Lamination, Lift and Tint Artist Course Training Overview: Now Open | Beauty Certification Programs

The Master Brow Artist: Microblading, Waxing, Lift and Tint course is a combination of several popular brow artist services. The focus of this course is to provide students with enough skills to perform nearly all brow services. This course  will go into detail on health and safety, business tips, tool kit, skin anatomy, blades, pigments, instructions, brow waxing, brow tint, brow lift, practice questions, client forms and key terms. This  50-hour course will also involve shadowing the procedures, practical experience, a 50-question exam and a practical exam to receive the Master Brow Artist Certificate.

Brow Lamination, Lift and Tint Artist Course

A full brow lift and tint treatment includes shaping the brows, waxing or sugaring, tweezing, tinting and brow lamination. Originating in the U.K. eyebrow lamination is sweeping the nation. It involves straightening the brow hairs using several solutions to create a full, thick, slicked, defined, fluffy brow shape. Custom looks can have a brow fade, raise a client’s arch, extend their tails or give them a messy brow.

The course cost is 1799$+hst and 199$ for the kit. The training dates are Tuesdays and Fridays!
